Project Scope:

Built in 1923, this distinguished residential tower has 12 full floor owner suites. The project involves a window washing upgrade at the historic 2500 Steiner street building.

The work includes installation of custom brackets, parapet strengthening, a new cat walk system and two new custom ladders to allow the window washers to each area of the building. This project is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2020.
