CONSTRUCTIBILITY

Review planned work — how it works with existing building and/or material selection and ease of install for vendors.

CONCEPT BUDGETS

ROM (Rough Order Magnitude) budget using standard per square foot costs for specific items or using past projects as baseline.

LEASE REVIEW

review of lease with tenant or landlord, review of work letter selection and verification that  that items can be installed on lease timeline.

INSURANCE REVIEW

Review of current vendor insurance and ensure to meet building requirements.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Prepare and confirm that drawings are clear (ready for bid or budget), schedule is set and requirements are clear to bidders.

MASTER BUDGET/ REVIEW

Work with owner to determine total budget including hard and soft costs.
