Justin Dierkhising began his career in construction as a carpenter framing houses. Since then he has expanded his knowledge base through education and hands on experience to include management of residential, commercial, high rise, restaurant, retail and HOA projects.
With over 20 years in the construction industry, Justin uses his intimate knowledge of the construction process to better manage architects, general contractors and consultants to create success for the construction team.
His expertise ranges from exterior waterproofing repairs of a nine story luxury condominium, stucco and window repairs of 55 single family homes, remodel and expansion of a large chain retail store, to construction management of The Embarcadero Center complex including retail and high rise improvements.
