Summer 2016

Project Scope: Completed 4th floor Tenant Improvement project acting as the building Construction Manager. Project included 4th floor turnkey buildout of 12,000 sf including complete demo and full abatement. New work included exposed and repaired brick walls, two conference rooms, 6 private offices, tenant kitchen and building standard toilet rooms. Client requested custom exposed mechanical systems and original wood structure to maintain building historical character.  Project completed in 12 weeks in fully occupied building.
