Project Scope:

The project is located at 785 Market Street in San Francisco, California. It includes an elevator modernization project at the historic Humboldt Bank building. The elevator modernization involves install of destination dispatch for faster and more efficient elevator operations. Specifically, the focus is on completion of non elevator related items for the building owner including electrical upgrades, new walls, rated doors as well as upgrades to make the basement area ADA compliment. Install of AC for the elevator machine rooms, structural supports of exiting hanging pits as well as new safety upgrades in the two elevator overrides. The entire upgrade to the elevator and building will take 3 years to complete, and is scheduled to be finished in January 2023.
