Project Scope: Completed several Tenant Improvement projects acting as the building Construction Manager. Projects included turnkey build out for 8th floor tenant, install of multi-tenant corridor on 4th floor, additional build outs on the 4th and 6th floors. Upgrades to main chiller/boilers and installation of new BMS (building management system) as well as new window washing rig and elevator cab interior upgrades. New lobby renovation.
