Project Scope:
JDCMS is partnering with Scannell Properties on the transformation of this 1980s era building and dividing it into three new tenant spaces. The project work includes new ADA entryways, new suite B entry, a new roof, 52 new skylights, two new door cuts for 12 x 14 high cycle door, an upgraded toilet room, full renovation of the office space, co2 Hvac system for suite A, all new led lighting, and a refresh of the exterior and interior building and parking lot lightning. Suite B will include three new toilet rooms, three new break areas and two new grade level dock doors.
