Project Scope: Build out of 7,500 sf of medical office and exam rooms – oshpod 3. Work includes 14 exam rooms, 3 conference rooms, 2 pairs of toiletrooms, two nurse workstations areas, employee break area, dirty and clean rooms, and new 50 person waiting room. Project was completed in 20 weeks, in an existing active health care center. Coordination of trades, and all work with minor disruptions to Petaluma Health Center. Change orders held to 1.4%. Also organized, managed tenant supplied equipment, and schedules including all exam room millwork. CM services included RFP, bid leveling, contract paperwork, billing, invoice and change order review and owner cash flow.
