Fall 2012

Project scope: Installation of 110 seat commercial restaurant from three vacant suites. Acted as construction manager for owner of Orinda Theatre Square. Project included complete demolition, new kitchen, new storefront, stone and tile walls, epoxy floors and custom stainless steel and millwork. All work completed under slab in occupied parking garage. Provided landlord with review and enforcemnet of building rules, reviewed and submitted materials, worked with tenant contractor to build highest quality restaurant.
